job summary:

The Client Experience Representative will provide customers an exceptional experience to match our premium product for their beloved cat or dog. They will strive to exceed daily tasks to gain our customers loyalty & trust by coming up with quick resolutions, taking ownership & accountability, and providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Part Time Position

Hours : Monday-Friday, 3-7pm CST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

· Ability to meet department metrics on customer touchpoints by phone. Potential additional contacts such as email, and chat.

· Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.

· Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs by demonstrating agility and teamwork.

· Ability to resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations and set appropriate expectations for customers.

· Able to identify roadblocks and escalate through the appropriate channels.

· Exude patience and ownership with each customer, including both internal and external contacts.

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Due to a remote work environment, a dedicated workspace and internet connection of 100mb is required.

· 2 years experience in Customer Service

· Experienced and capable to utilize functional and technical skills to learn multiple systems.

· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

· BS/BA degree or higher

· Call Center Experience

· Remote Work Experience
