Essential Functions

– Serves hot food to cafeteria customers
– Assists on patient tray line and checks tray accuracy
– Has knowledge of all types of patient diets
– Knows Nutrition Services routines and policies
– Accountable for proper care and use of department equipment and food
materials to ensure that loss from negligence is minimized
– Completes daily and weekly assigned cleaning duties
