Position Summary
As the Production Processing Leader, you will be responsible to ensure the Processing Department operates in a smooth, safe, and efficient manner; supply quality products to Packaging and Labeling, with a minimum of waste on the product lines to which you are assigned.

Starting Pay: $28.96
Assist in giving breaks to the Processing employees when needed.
Perform shift set-ups to include: closures, filters, can washers, can lines (empty and full), mixer, cooker, can codes (including verification for accuracy), water temperature, closer-filler selection, log tec, date myte, video jets, and recipe for the malos.
Work with operators to monitor, define and correct problems affecting waste, downtime, and quality and record downtime efficiency levels.
Assist in training and instructing department personnel
Ensure department is setup for next shift.
Responsible for coordinating the product lines.
Perform all other duties as assigned in a safe manner, abiding by all safety rules and policies.
Requirements
1 years experience working in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.
Willingness to learn multiple jobs within the production environment
Other
1 year experience operating a forklift
1 year experience in using a computer for data input, reporting, recording data and saving files.
