Residence Manager

Salary: $24.13 – $25.70

Position Overview

In this dynamic role, you will lead the operations of assigned residential homes, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents while staying within budget guidelines. Youll play a pivotal part in implementing program policies and procedures, crafting individual goals in collaboration with the treatment team, and training staff to ensure these objectives are met. Regularly inspecting the homes for safety and cleanliness, youll proactively address any health and safety concerns. Youll also partner closely with the Residential Nurse to ensure seamless adherence to medical protocols and thorough health documentation. Your leadership will not only uphold the agencys mission and values but also foster a vibrant community where residents feel respected and supported.

Work Location: Geneva, NY

Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule to meet your needs and the agencys needs between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

Ensures compliance of several different functions of the residences.

Works closely with the residence supervisor to ensure excellent services to the persons supported and staff.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in the Human Services Field and over three (3) years of relevant experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.

Valid NYS Drivers License with no moving 12 months prior to date of hire.
