The Town of Webster is now accepting applications for talented, fun, hardworking candidates to be Coaches & Referees for the Webster Basketball Association youth basketball program.
MUST BE AVAILABLE to work November 10, 2024 – February 9, 2025 on Sundays from 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No games on 12/1, 12/29, 1/5, 1/26)

Typical Duties, including but not limited to:
Leading basketball skills/drills in a group setting
Coaching and refereeing a team of children ages 6-14 years old
Setting up and taking down equipment in the gymnasium
Must be committed and dedication to providing the best team atmosphere each Sunday
Being enthusiastic and enjoying working with kids

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the sport of basketball
Ability to be responsible leading a group of kids
Ability to be friendly, enthusiastic, patient, and willing to participate in group recreational activities

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be available to work each Sunday 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM from November 10, 2024 to February 9, 2025
Must be at least 16 years of age

Special Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, maintain physical activity for extended periods of time in a variety of environments
Background check and drug test for 18 age employees
