Our research efforts are enhanced by:
(a) Techniques we have developed to co-express complexes in vivo
(b) Techniques to reconstitute chromatin complexes in vitro
(c) Excellent access to Penn States Titan Krios and Arctica electron microscopes both equipped with Falcon 4 detectors.

The Center for Gene Regulation is a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment which includes the groups of Drs. Jean-Paul Armache, Lu Bai, David Gilmour, Ross Hardison, Scott Lindner, Manuel Llinas, Shaun Mahony, Joe Reese, Scott Showalter and Song Tan, each with research programs targeted at understanding the molecular basis for gene regulation on chromatin templates.
