Randstad is hiring skilled High Reach Forklift Operators to join our team in Carlisle! We have openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift! The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. Our operators use Raymond high reach lift trucks. 1st Shift Hours: 7:00AM – 3:00PM – $20.50/hr 2nd Shift Hours – 3:00PM – 11:00PM – $21.75/hr 3rd Shift Hours – 11:00PM – 7:00AM – $23.00/hr Elevate your careers with us today!

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

– Safely and efficiently operate high reach forklifts.

– Load and unload materials from trailers or containers.

– Perform order picking and ensure accuracy in product selection and quantities.

– Transport goods to designated areas in the warehouse for storage or shipment.

– Conduct daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on forklifts.

– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
