Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for the following job duties:

– Physically loading raw materials (spices, sugars, seasonings, etc.) into machines

– Keeping logs (paper and electronic) of material fed into machine

– Operating machine to ensure products are being run for the correct run time

– Performing quality checks on product as it comes out of the machines and is fed into containers

Responsible for mixing finished products and maintaining the highest quality. Prepare product to established formulas, while monitoring needs of production. Perform deck set-up for daily schedule, operate equipment to aid in processing formulas. Use local control panel to control additions of all metered and manually added/weighed ingredients to mix and transfer batches. This job will also be responsible for lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Shift Schedule: rotational 2-2-3 4:00pm-4:00am

Very Clean Food processing company. Will be working with a team in a fast-paced environment. Will be working around machines, the area can be wet at times due to the machines being sprayed down by the sanitation team.
