Production Worker (Hiring ASAP)

Job Title: Production Worker (Main Building)

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift general production workers at our main facility. Candidates will use hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of our flooring and drop ceiling products. All lifting will be done as a team, but candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 40-45lbs on their own a handful of times per shift (sometimes more frequently depending on the department, e.g., PWP). There is also an opportunity to train on machinery once hired on.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift: 2p-10:20p

3rd Shift: 10p-6:20a

Dress Code:

• Long pants are required – no sweatpants

• A minimum of equal length to a short sleeve is required – no sleeveless

• Steel toe shoes are required – metatarsal protection provided

Hard Skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift

Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges

Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions

Soft Skills

Ability to interface with a diverse workforce

Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures

Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately

Maintain awareness of individual contribution to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
