Job Description

Our Education Software Client is seeking a LMS Administrator to manage day-to-day administration including user creation, setting up courses, running reports, updating banners and messaging, etc. They will assist with defining and documenting process and protocols for learning content maintenance schedule and resolve incoming user tickets that include questions and troubleshooting. They will publish catalogs, courses, events, and ensure learners have the proper access. the LMS Administrator will monitor course reviews and survey and appropriately respond to and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders. They will also manage the LMS reporting requests, learning dashboard and metrics, and ad hoc reports.
