Daycare Music Teacher (Multiple Positions)

Develop curriculum, pedagogy and culture consistent with the mission of Hands Daycare, a Christian Daycare Center; Develop and implement engaging music lessons to students; Adapt teaching methods and techniques to meet varying needs and skill levels of students; Plan and organize performances, recitals, and concerts to showcase students progress; Assess student progress and provide age-appropriate constructive feedback to support their growth; Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment; Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere; Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into music lessons to enhance learning experiences; and Perform related duties assigned by management.
