Managing day-to-day field activities

Creating short-interval project schedules

Maintaining a culture of safety, health, and cleanliness

Managing and coordinating work to ensure orderly construction

Establishing and maintaining dimensional controls

Verifying work quality (plumb, level, straight, etc.)

Proactively identifying and solving issues

Ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal requirements

Administering client-specific programs (CQC, Safety, Environmental Stewardship)

Conducting and attending project and staff meetings

Meeting with client representatives to discuss project status

Managing self-performed activities within budget

Managing project scope changes to avoid rework

Assisting with acquiring subcontractor proposals

Administering contracts and ensuring terms are met

Managing punch list and project closeout process

Maintaining daily paperwork (timecards, reports, schedule updates, emails)

Interacting with supporting work groups (accounting, HR, ICS)

Directing and managing supporting staff workloads

Encouraging lifelong learning and professional development

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Purcellville, Virginia.
