The Leidos National Security Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics to support our defense and intel customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world.

The National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for an OCONUS Personnel Manager, Journeyman to provide program support onsite at our customer. This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!

What you’ll be doing:

Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture.

Serve as the strategic advisor and business partner to the leadership and management teams.

Develop and administer policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruitment, salary and benefits administration, training/development, employee/labor relations, benefits, and EEO/affirmative action programs.

Prepare recommendations to top management concerning human resource policies and practices.

Work with line/staff management and possibly corporate staff management to develop human resource plans and strategies to meet organizational requirements.

Support employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health initiatives.

Ensure that programs, practices, and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.

What does Leidos need from me?

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.

Bachelors degree.

Military overseas deployment experience.

Ability to work alone and remotely while providing value to the government customer.

Ability to concisely present complex material to the government customer with recommended course of action.

Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

A wide range of skills is needed to accomplish missions in remote locations.

Ability to identify risks to the mission and ensure the government customer is informed.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 – $124,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
