Job Description
BAE Systems Air & Space Force Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its Integrated Range Support Program in responding to Program needs and providing supporting financial analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, updating, and maintaining large quantities of data in short periods of time. The Financial Analyst will respond to the needs of a fast-paced environment and will be flexible and adaptable in responding to needs of the program, especially as it relates to modification interpretation and project setup activities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s Degree with 2 years of related experience or Master s Degree and 1 years of related experience
Competency in defense industry accounting and financial principles, theories, and concepts
Ability to work efficiently with corporate ERP, accounting, and finance systems
Ability to work independently in analyzing a large quantity of projects of varied task types
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookups and pivot tables at a minimum
Effective communication including written, verbal, non-verbal, and using remote audio/video applications to present results of analysis
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in Deltek Costpoint and affiliated applications
Ability and willingness to work additional hours beyond the normal workday when required to meet deadlines
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Experience in training and mentoring junior staff in Program Finance processes
Ability to effectively communicate and work with both technical and non-technical staff
Program Controls/Program Management certification(s) are desirable
Experience with Business Intelligence software to render visualizations of dynamic data
Salary Min $52,470 – Max $89,190

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 – $109530

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
