Work youll do

Execute the applicant process – this includes, but is not limited to, serving as applicant advisor, processing conditional offers of employment (COEs) processing all pre-employment and EOD paperwork, and executing workflows within the HR Information System. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing processes designed to improve the overall applicant experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.

5 years of recruiting, HR, and/or human capital related experience.

Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Bachelors Degree in an applicable field

Preferred:

Masters degree in an applicable field

Prior management consulting experience

If unable to work in DC, highly qualified applicants may be able to receive client approval to work from College Park, MD or Reston, VA
