Summary You will serve as a Technician in the Cybersecurity Test & Evaluation (59000) ofNAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC. Responsibilities You will be a Test and Evaluation (T and E) team lead and be responsible for supporting, planning, coordinating, and executing verification, validation, and testing of electronic systems. You will identify deficiencies and risks associated with design, documentation, development, modification, implementation, installation, and support of new or existing systems. You will provide advice and recommendations on T and E policies, processes and guidelines, conduct analysis, identify deficiencies, and recommend resolution to problems and issues, and prepare and present reports. You will work closely with developers, engineers, business analysts, and requirements personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute both static analysis and dynamic testing of systems to verify acceptance of technical specifications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading, coordinating, and monitoring Test and Evaluation policies, regulation, guidance, strategies and core processes, and executing test activities to include integration, system, functional, performance, and acceptance.
