This role is able to work fully remotely within the United States. There is no hybrid or onsite requirement
About the Role :
As an AI Offerings Specialist , you will contribute to the development and implementation of AI solutions, helping clients adopt and scale AI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with AI infrastructure, edge devices, and custom AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the deployment and management of AI systems, with a focus on Large Language Model (LLM) solutions and enterprise agents.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Service Portfolio Development :
Assist in creating and refining AI service offerings, including “Professional and Managed Services for AI.”
Help integrate AI capabilities across infrastructure, edge, and hybrid AI environments (public, private, and personal AI).
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth delivery of AI services to clients.
AI Fast Starts and Deployment :
Support the design and implementation of AI fast starts to showcase quick, tangible results for clients.
Assist with the deployment of AI systems, ensuring they are secure and scalable to meet client needs.
Managed AI Services :
Participate in the ongoing management of AI solutions, assisting with performance monitoring, optimization, and security.
Market Insight and Research :
Help research market trends and competitor offerings to keep our AI services current and competitive.
Gather insights from the market and client feedback to assist in refining our AI offerings.
Client Collaboration :
Work alongside the AI team to understand client requirements and help identify AI use cases.
Support client assessments and help prepare recommendations for AI solutions based on specific client needs.
Cross-Functional Support :
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to integrate AI solutions into existing service portfolios.
Provide support in preparing presentations and marketing materials that communicate the value of our AI offerings.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of experience in IT services, AI, or related technology roles.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Exposure to AI technologies such as Nvidia, Microsoft, or Databricks is a plus.
Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City – NJ, NV, Ithaca – NY, NYC, WA, is $115k – $130k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
