WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Fountain Services, LLC is an established industry leader in the electrical trade with offices in Spindale, Charlotte, Hickory, and Asheville, in North Carolina, and in Greenville, South Carolina. We serve customers and projects spread across the western, piedmont, and metrolina regions of North Carolina, and the upstate of South Carolina.

Education/Training
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant licenses or certifications preferred
Experience
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources, workforce development, education, educational administration, mentoring, or similar fields. Experience as a trainer or subject matter expert in the electrical and/or general construction fields is preferred.
Job Description
Create/develop/coordinate training curriculum and schedule
Train subject-matter experts and other instructors on effective teaching methods
Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of training programs
Create, track, and maintain training records
Recruit and train new trainers/instructors
Remain current in new training methods and techniques
Selecting and sourcing training materials, curricula, and resources
Develop a mentorship program and train mentors on effective mentoring techniques
Classroom instruction, including acting as lead instructor in non-technical areas such as leadership and professional development
Additional Requisite Skills/Proficiencies
Strong classroom presence with dynamic presentation style
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with training and education technologies and tools
