Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service and Counter Sales Representative to support one of our largest electrical distribution clients in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming customer phone calls and greeting walk-in customers with courtesy and politeness. This candidate will assist customers with their orders, providing appropriate product selections, and pick their orders and bring to the counter. Additionally, this candidate will prepare customer sales tickets and charge accordingly, while promoting and selling the companys product promotions. This person will also provide assistance with inventory stocking functions and strive to reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.

Skills and Requirements
– 2 years of customer service experience
– 1-2 years of sales experience – Electrical sales background or electrical product knowledge null
