CTGs premier client has a contract assignment for a Technical Writer/Project Manager.
Type: Contract
Job Title: Technical Writer/Project Manager
Location: Newton, NC (hybrid remote) – Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Newton, NC.
Pay Rate: $42-44 per hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Two-year associate degree or equivalent
A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Description:
The Technical Writer will collaborate with engineering and operations training staff to create and update manufacturing instructions and other controlled documents. This role involves managing a list of documents that need to be created or updated, providing documentation on new equipment and processes, and incorporating images of control panels and equipment into written instructions.

Required Qualifications:
Experience as a technical writer
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Additional Information:
