Job Description

We are seeking experienced Production Leads for multiple roles to oversee teams ranging from 10 to 200 individuals. These roles include Production Leads, Material Managers, and Production Leads for 1st shift. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, tracking and improving KPIs, and completing production plans. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. The work site is fully on-site in Georgia.

The work environment involves metal fabrication and is well-lit. The best-fit candidate is someone who is open to adjusting their schedule as needed. Protective gear such as work boots and ear plugs are required
