As a Production Operator you are responsible to conduct production activities and operate production equipment in accordance with the plant capacity and meet order shipment requirements in conformity with SHE requirements, SOPs and Quality standards. Perform all duties associated with the production of custom premixes. If necessary, receives, unloads, stores, delivers and ships raw and finished materials.

Responsibilities:

Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispenser room, weigh raw materials as required per the batch requirements and add to required dump station/mixer. Production operators conduct inspection and reconciliation of batch labels for premixes, fill silos, complete final packaging activities, sample per batch requirement, complete incoming 3PRM sampling and visual inspection and release activities, finished goods visual inspection and release activities, sample preparation for homogeneity, carryover, process monitoring and quality

You bring:

High School Diploma/GED

Must be 18 years old to work in a plant job

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. as needed throughout the shift

Basic computer skills

At least one year production or food service experience preferred

Due to the nature, the position requires the ability to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) including hard hat, eye protection and in some cases other area specific PPE needs (e.g. ear protection, respirator)
