POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY and DUTIES

– Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the non-exempt associate recruiting.
– Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to meet the needs of the organization.
– Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
– Schedules interviews and walk in candidates.
– Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
– Coordinates and assist with the new hire process, including assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding paperwork and coordinating/conduct orientation.
– Schedule, promote, attend and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
– Screen applicants for open positions and select candidates to move forward in the hiring process.
– Build relationships with community resources and identify market campaigns.
– Evaluate applicant flow and source data through applicant tracking system.
– Respond to HR-Related queries within the company.
– Review and understand job requirements.
– Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

– Associates degree or equivalent related work experience, required
– At least 2 years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Required Skills/Abilities:

– Bilingual (English Spanish)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Knowledge of basic human resources functions and procedures.
– Ability to understand, interpret, and apply general administrative and departmental policies and procedures; answers questions and provide information to employees requiring interpretation and explanation of human resources program, policies and procedures.
– Work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
– Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
– Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
– Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
– Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
