Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Clean and tape up surfaces to ensure optimal paint application.

Color Mixing: Select and mix coating liquids to achieve the desired color.

Sprayer Adjustment: Adjust sprayers to regulate the width and pressure of the spray for perfect coverage.

Detail Work: Use brushes to coat areas that are inaccessible to hand sprayers.

Equipment Maintenance: Clean all spraying equipment and brushes with solvent to maintain top performance.

Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Paint Systems: Proficient in using various types of paint and systems, including PPG and DuPont wet paint systems.

Technical Skills: Ability to spray and coat products with specified mils and the required type of sheen.

Safety Compliance: Follow instructions concerning hazardous waste containment and removal.
