Position Summary
Are you ready to take your IT skills to new heights? We’re looking for an innovative IT Business Analyst to be the bridge between tech and business in the exciting world of private aviation! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for connecting our IT teams, vendors, and business units (Flight Services and Aircraft Services), making sure everyone is on the same page and moving forward smoothly.
You’ll be at the heart of things—helping our business teams turn big ideas into action by understanding their needs and bringing the right IT solutions to life. Your ability to dig into data, use business applications, and tap into cloud services and automation will keep us flying high. Plus, you’ll have the chance to flex your creativity with data visualization and analytics to deliver insights that make an impact.

This is a hybrid role, working at least three times weekly from the office, out of our office in either West Palm Beach, FL or Teterboro, NJ. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $85,000 – $105,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.
Requirements
⎯ Bachelor’s degree in Business Aviation, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; graduate degree in a related discipline, even better!
⎯ 1-3 years of experience in a technology-driven role, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language; certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Project Management (e.g. PMP) are a plus!
⎯ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
⎯ Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), with a strong emphasis on creating clear, professional, and engaging business documentation.
⎯ Experience with business applications, IT infrastructure, and data analytics tools.
⎯ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different levels of an organization and build relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
⎯ Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
⎯ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design and implement effective IT solutions.
⎯ Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to provide insights that drive business decisions.
⎯ Support IT infrastructure, cloud services, and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
⎯ Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
⎯ Ensure seamless integration of business applications with enterprise systems.
⎯ Build future technology roadmaps to align to the business objectives.
