Job Description:
Responsible for daily supervision of the work and performance of case representatives and case representative supervisors. This may include training of case representatives, assignment of cases, directing or guiding case prioritization, providing policy guidance or interpretations, assessing compliance with policies and requirements, evaluating case representative performance and leading the hiring process for case representatives. Evaluates progress in meeting metrics on an ongoing basis. Devise reporting process and prepare and provide program progress reports to management. This includes handling case management issues that are impacting performance by conveying, confirming, and tracking applicants’ status. Develops and provides ongoing improvements to the policies and procedures of the disaster recovery program. Conducts quality assurance checks for quality control performed on the project and track the timely completion of the quality control work being performed. Assesses and addresses issues in the quality control process. Performs other duties as required. Manages complex cases or assist case representatives with case load.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree. 8 years of related experience including 2 years in a supervisory position. 4 years of applicant processing and/or case representative experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Additional Compensation:
All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
