Our client in the Boca Raton area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms, attorneys, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient case management. You will monitor legal case progress, assess risks, perform docket searches, and provide strategic guidance to mitigate potential losses. This is a full-time, permanent position offering comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more! Responsibilities

Perdorm thorough docket searches using public databases, review and analyze court documents, and identify key actions.

Record findings in the servicing system and coordinate follow-ups with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.

Establish and sustain strong relationships with law firms, attorneys, and their teams to ensure smooth communication regarding case updates, settlement progress, and fund disbursements.

Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders by streamlining case management, improving collaboration, and aligning efforts to meet the objectives of the firm, plaintiffs, and our organization.

Manage case development by maintaining consistent and open communication with legal partners, using collected data to provide strategic guidance to internal teams, and escalating critical issues to legal and risk departments to minimize potential losses.
