Procurement Business Process Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global has a client that we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes, assisting with research and paperwork output, assisting with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and serving as a liaison between the Director of Procurement and various procurement team divisions. This role also involves providing operational support and direction to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.

Skills and Requirements
Over 2 years of experience managing a project from start to finish.
Experience working with Procurement/Purchasing departments.
Experience assisting with developing SOPs, RFQs, and/or RFPs.
Strong process improvement mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively between multiple teams/divisions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience working within the Public Sector.
Munis ERP experience. null
