Commercial Carpenter

Job Title: Finishing Carpenter, Pay: $25/hr. – $35/hr.

Job Description

Construct, install, maintain, and repair wooden structures, such as walls, roofs, and floors.

Install interior and exterior trim work, including baseboards, crown molding, window and door frames, and other decorative pieces.

Install cabinetry and wall panels.

Perform installation of fixtures and millwork for windows, doors, staircases, crown molding, ceiling panels, cabinets, and decking.

Work Environment

First job is remodeling the old Southwyck bowling alley. This can be a contract-to-hire (CTH) opportunity for good workers. Commercial construction projects within 1 hour of Toledo. 1st shift hours, exact hours dependent on job schedule.
