Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant in the West Salem, Ohio area, that is motivated and organized. The Receptionist Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative tasks, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient office operations

This Role Offers:

· Pay starts at $20 an hour.

· Monday-friday (8am-4:30pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist various departments by preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Customer Service: Greet visitors professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Office Organization: Maintain filing systems and oversee the ordering of supplies, ensuring a tidy workspace.

Communication: Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication and manage incoming mail; route inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, reserve meeting spaces, and assist in organizing interdepartmental events, including preparing agendas and materials.

Website Management: Help maintain departmental websites to ensure information is current and relevant.

Project Collaboration: Work with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency.

Administrative Procedures: Assist in implementing new systems and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions across departments.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for office services and maintenance of equipment.

Problem Solving: Exercise good judgment in escalating issues as needed.

Additional Tasks: Run office errands and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.

Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.

Customer service-oriented with a polished, professional demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize effectively.

Clean driving record for use of company vehicles.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
