Community Solutions Director
Youngstown Area Goodwill
The Community Solutions Director will provide administrative oversight for the implementation of action items derived from the community needs assessments. Will coordinate and manage committees, facilitate stakeholder collaborations, ensure achievement of project goals, project coordination, prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and funders. Will manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Will train.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Etc. (Masters Preferred) 3-5 years experience in project management and/or community development. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
