Part Time Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting our valued customers with their fashion needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing items and accessories
– Providing product knowledge and styling advice
– Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
– Steam and tag garments to ensure they are always presentation ready.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

– Prior retail or customer service experience very helpful
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends
– Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
– A positive and friendly attitude
– Basic computer skills, prior Shopify experience a plus
– Availability during store hours:  Tue-Fri 10:00 – 5:00 & Sat 9:00 – 2:00
