Job Description

The technician will travel to various jobs on the North side of Indianapolis outside the I-465 loop. Their job duties include:
– Punch list items
– Carry out work orders
– Drywall finishing
– Metal/Wood framing
– Drywall installation
– Doors and hardware installation
– Moving furniture/equipment in work areas
– Ensuring the designated work area is clean at all times
– Basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, workstation construction, drywall patching
– Interior and exterior trim
– Interior and exterior painting
– Casework

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Residential and commercial warranty work. The individual will travel in their own vehicle, preferably a truck to haul materials, but flexibility is available (compensated for gas weekly). The work area spans from Westfield to Fishers North of Indianapolis. This role involves both inside (90%) and outside work. The individual must handle work orders independently.

Dress Code: Khakis pants or painter/mechanic pants (No jeans). Must wear a collared shirt and nice work boots (steel toes not required).

Hours: 1st Shift M-F 9-5pm based on a 40-hour work week with 0-5 hours of overtime. Weekend work is optional.

Tools: Individual to provide.
