As a Phlebotomy Educator, youll mentor and collaborate to ensure high standards and a CAP-ready environment across all Union Health locations. The Lab Services provides services related to lab tests, including specimen collection of the patients, and accessioning, lab tests performed on specimens, recording of lab test results, delivery of lab test results and more. Phlebotomy Educator Job Duties:

Train and mentor new phlebotomy staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Develop and implement educational programs across Union Health locations.

Collaborate with laboratory management on policies, procedures, and staff development.

Support CAP compliance through regular staff evaluations and direct observations.

Utilize technology to enhance the teaching and learning process.

License/Certification: .

Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
