Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Candidates will receive work orders, instructions, and parts from another employee. They will be tasked with attaching brackets and placing screens on them to create filters. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires standing for the entire shift. If the Assembly department becomes backed up, candidates may assist in assembling different filters and packing them into boxes. Rotations between stations will occur, but the primary job function will be in the spot area. Must be willing to work the specified hours.

1st Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays.
2nd Shift: Compensation is $17.80 per hour.

Work Environment

This company makes filters for HVAC Systems. The production environment can become extremely hot in the summer. It is a little messy and space is limited, so attention must be paid when moving around the shop. The facility has about 30 employees and operates one shift. It is divided into sections for welding, assembly, and production.
