Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$73,400.00 – $121,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a proactive and organized Cyber Risk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming support tickets, assisting the Risk Advisory team, and working with our Cyber Risk dashboard to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What Will You Do?

Assist with scheduling calls with policyholders and helping managers prepare

Work within a customer service ticketing system to timely respond to questions from policyholders, brokers, and underwriters

Help with administrative and organizational tasks for the risk & response team

Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

2-5 years of experience providing support via email and phone

Interest in cybersecurity and/or insurance preferred

Project Management experience

Highly organized, superb attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders

Preferred: experience with Google Suites, Jira software (customer service ticketing platform), Calendly (call scheduling software), Hubspot
