Project Consultant

Project Consultant:

We are recruiting for an ERP Consultant to analyze customer needs, provide support during implementation, and ensure optimal customer utilization of ERP package. Our software specializes helping manufacturers operate more efficiently.

Specially, this position will:

1. Regularly meet with customers, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project progress is on track.

Serve as a client liaison, providing presentations to clients, analysis of client needs, and provide training as needed/requested.

Candidates should possess:

Understanding of customer needs from their ERP, including accounting/inventory management

Strong Client Service focus

Organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Time management skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Understanding of ERP systems within a manufacturing setting

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or IT

3 years of related experience with a manufacturing ERP system

Travel is required for this position, this role will start as onsite and gradually be eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Salary for this position is $70-85K dependent on experience with a full benefits package.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
