Job Description
We are seeking multiple individuals to assist our Audio/Video Technicians with the installation and service of professional audio/video/network systems in retail locations, churches/houses of worship, educational, and corporate environments. Working with more technicians, the helper will:
– Install and service equipment with oversight of more techs
– Pull cable
– Build racks
– Build and test cables
– Measure and record speaker levels or load readings
– Set up and record settings for various network equipment
– Assist with stocking vans and shared trailers
– Assist with care of tool inventory and upkeep
– Assist with monitoring of back room small parts inventory
– Assist/job shadow for service calls and projects
Hard Skills
Hand/power tool experience
Ability to work at heights (up to 30ft scaffolding)
Mechanically inclined
Work Environment
Family-oriented work environment. Work in crews of 2. M-F, 7:30AM-4:00PM. Overnight travel required, up to 20% throughout the year.
