Job Description
Performs various maintenance functions on equipment, facility, and grounds, including basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing upkeep and repair
This position provides additional leadership and support to the manager assigned to the facility and temporarily covers for that manager in their absence. Oversee maintenance projects from start to finish
Supervise maintenance staff and manage outside contractors. Troubleshoot equipment issues and formulate solutions. Research and locate equipment/parts; request parts/services as needed
Operate and maintain tools/machinery (e.g., power tools, forklift, welder)
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
