Job Descriptio
Communicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates.
– Phone communication involves calling for missing information or for clarification. This individual will work with the engineering team and account management team.
Rebate processing and maintaining records of customer interactions.
– Access customer accounts and make detailed notations of interactions with customers.
– Process and upload rebate applications.
– Maintain electronic and physical copies of documents for organized recordkeeping and storage.
Program Support Tasks
– Data entry into client systems or tracking sheets.
– Assist the product manager with light administrative duties (e.g., sending enrollment packets) and research.
– Track and manage customer projects in the pipeline.
– Provide phone and email support for program delivery and campaigns.

This is a fully on-site position in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday, first shift. There may be an opportunity to work remotely after the first 3 months if performance is excellent. The office is currently located downtown but will be moving soon.
