Machine Operator

Job Title: Operator

Job Summary:

Currently looking to hire machine operators for a manufacturing facility located in Bettendorf, IA. The ideal candidate will assist with the production of plastic-based items such as containers, bottle caps, etc. Candidates looking to work for a culture-focused company and seeking opportunities for advancement should apply!

Job Description:

Prepare and monitor product changeovers

Identify and react to unusual sounds/alarms with machinery

Perform regular preventative maintenance on assigned equipment

Minimize scrap and verify accuracy of work

Noting and comparing cycle times to standards

Complete production line reports

Qualifications:

Previous experience with operating any kind of machinery strongly preferred (injection molding, manuals, CNC, etc.)

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Additional Information:

Rotating shift (two shifts)

7am – 7pm OR 7pm – 7am (2 on/2 off, 3 on/3 off)

Weekly pay full benefits (medical/dental/vision)

Shift premium offered on off-shift.
