Application Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an Application Engineer to support the

customer with assistance for product selection for unique, special, or
technical applications. Provide application Installation and Trouble
Shooting support (technical and hands-on) Must establish and maintain
excellent relationships with internal/external customers. Provides
project coordination and communication. Makes judgments on the value of
the information being analyzed, uses experience to provide the customer
with the best possible solution. Uses common process management tools
and methods Interacts with the sales team and customer to translate
customer specifications into product selections that meet customer and
Regal Rexnord business needs Conducts product tear-down analysis and
populates data for root cause identification, corrective action forms
and failure analysis Takes responsibility for and complete key tasks on
a project-by-project basis and drive to meet deadlines ensuring project
success Resolve challenges related to the interpretation of drawings,
design tolerances, quality and material requirements Product training
and familiarization, content development and delivery Works closely with
manufacturing, inspection and assembly to problem solve issues Performs
reverse engineering of competitor products Customer request queue
management and response time expectations. Some travel; training and
