Quality Technician

American factory! Located on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the
Quality Technician plays a key role in food safety. Reporting to the
Quality Supervisor, the Quality Technician is responsible for conducting
testing procedures before, during, and after manufacturing processes of
both raw materials and products to ensure that products comply with
required quality standards with minimal downtime. This role is
coordinates and executes the quality program designed to ensure the safe
production of HARIBO of America brands, consistent with established
standards. The original and iconic HARIBO Goldbears, created in 1922,

products through the utilization of testing and procedures. Perform
incoming goods, in process and finished product inspections per approved
procedures Perform sensory, physical, and packaging evaluations. Ensures
that lab documents and lab data (paper and electronic) are properly
classified, controlled, and stored. Performs analysis of samples as
required using analytical instrumentation and benchtop methodologies.
