Appliance Ave/Cellcom/Am Mattress Sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a result driven retail Sales
Associate to be responsible for all sales activities in our Cellcom
location at 938 Egg Harbor Road in Sturgeon Bay. The successful
candidate will be working in our Americas Mattress Gallery and
Appliance Avenue divisions as well. The successful candidate will also
be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet
clients expectations. This position offers an average of 40 hours per
week, though a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends is
essential. The position is also fully benefited, including a paid time
off program. We provide an hourly rate of pay based on a number of
factors along with the opportunity to earn substantial additional income
through incentive programs. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers
needs and provide assistance and information on product features “Go
the extra mile” to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable
condition assigned areas Actively seek out customers in store Remain
knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Cross
sell products Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers Assists with other
projects as needed Requirements 1 2 years of demonstrated sales success
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English Track record of over-achieving sales quota Solid
communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus High
school degree; college degree in Marketing or related field would be a
