get to do Acts as primary contact point and account owner for
assigned Key Accounts within the business unit with a focus on total
sales revenue and booked margin growth. Identifies opportunities to
expand and retain Key Accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell.
Drives customer coverage activities consistently and actively to
increase likelihood of renewals: email/phone/video follow-ups, answer
questions, direct to appropriate support staff, and offer guidance.
Engages Estimators for support in quoting customers project once
qualified, and requirements are determined. Facilitates seamless
hand-off to Customer Service to execute order. Engages qualified
Field Sales Rep when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
Re-engages customer during expansion and renewal. Logs / tracks
customer interactions and sales in CRM. reasonable accommodations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What we are looking for Bachelors
Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred with a
minimum 2 years of sales experience Experience working with large,
complex organizations preferred Results oriented, ensuring we deliver
on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an
unparalleled customer experience Strong written and verbal
communications skills to all levels of an organization Customer
service, p oblem solving, and analytical skills required Strong
attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
