Job Description

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting hourly quality checks on lines, following quality system procedures and focusing on preventative action to mitigate nonconforming product. You will have the opportunity to:

– Accurately and completely maintain inspection and test record files in accordance with Product Quality Plans

– Communicate any and all quality issues to Rapid Responders, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Process Leaders, and/or Quality Manager

This is a fully on-site position in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Lab environment, testing physical machinery and different product lines. Needs to be comfortable standing stationary for hours on end. Hours are 6am – 2:30pm. Will never work Sundays, never Saturday. Will be eligible for overtime if requested, will never have mandatory overtime
