JOB REQUIREMENTS: HOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm 4imprint Group

and positive attitude. As a screen room operator – 2nd shift, you will
be making our customers artwork come alive by producing screen printed
garments in a highly efficient production environment. Here is what a
typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the
job.) Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core
principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty,
Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive
Attitude, and Humility. Effectively interpret work orders and job aids
to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Daily reclaiming,
shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in
production. Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines
as trained. Maintain a clean work environment. Have great attention to
detail. Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Keep an
organized workflow for smooth and consistent output. Participate in
training classes and actively seek professional development. Help out in
other areas when needed and when time allows. You might be a fit for

(verbally and in writing) as well as work independently and as a team
player. A multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation. Organized

Required education/skills/experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
