business. Main responsibilities: Owns all aspects of NA Manufacturing
Excellence Products which includes: Strategy Vision & Execution: Leads
and executes data & analytics strategy for corresponding product team,
including master data governance, data products and models.
Capability Leadership: Leads the design, development, deployment and
continuous support of digital products and solutions, fostering
innovation and excellence in digital offerings for the product team.
Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuring
service delivery support operations excellence including audits, change,
incident, problem, and configuration management. Strategic Business
Plan: Develops technology investment plans and activation, including
budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization,
business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing
plans. Security and Compliance: Champion the importance of digital
security and privacy, adheres to internal and external rigorous
protocols to protect company and customer data. Standards and
Governance: Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital
commercial product operations. Business Enablement: Partner with
other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize
globalization, scalability and overall TCO. Build Talent Promote and
build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and
technical skills required to meet K-Cs growing application portfolio

AND QUALIFICATIONS: Key Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelors
degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering,
or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred. 7-10 years
demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Manufacturing
technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer
environment. Solid experience in Consumer Packaged Go ds industry.
Proven experience defining and executing an integrated manufacturing
product ecosystem and strategy Exceptional ability to build
cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams
including business stakeholders, internal DTS organization, and external
partners and customers. Proven ability to lead global application
delivery in a 24×7 business and secure operating environment. 2
years as Product Owner or 4 years as Business Analyst with demonstrable
experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics,
features, stories, sprints, and backlog management. Financial
Fluency: profit and loss statement understanding, Business case
