We need a hunter who can proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand market share. This role will focus on building strategic relationships with new customers, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a self-started with strong industry knowledge, capable of thriving in a competitive environment and able to work with opetioation teams to ensure operational excellence aligns with commercial goals. Drive new business growth by aggressively prospecting, identifying and pursuing opportunities in OSP Engineering and Construction Services Develop and execute a strategic growth planto capture new markets and customers Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations Primary POC for all new business opportunities and lead the full sales process, proposal development to contract negotiations. Lead RFP responses, including pricing strategies, contract development, and project scoping to maximize profitability Monitors profitability continues throughout program life cycle, renegotiating as needed Active support on new project launches Manage the building and communication of effective recovery plans as needed Work to define the customers relevant KPIs internally and presents reporting thru dashboards to be reviewed as needed Thoroughly understand how the customer Defines Success and drives message internally Leading role in Digitalization between operational team, IT Team and customer Be the customers advocate, detect problems before they occur Presents forward thinking actions plans for improvement and/or innovation Detects further evolutions / needs of the customer Takes initiative in learning global best practices and implements where best suited Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position Circet USA for future success Present and advocate for innovative solutions that align with customer needs and drive customer satisfaction Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase Circets visibility and business presence Upholds, honors and practices the Company Core Values High energy, with a strong can do attitude Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Proven track record of success in a b siness development or sales leadership role within telecom, engineering, or construction industry with a strong focus on winning new business Strong knowledge of construction services: OSP – aerial and underground construction, engineering Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with managing RFP processes, pricing strategies, and developing competitive bids High level of energy, initiative, and accountability, with a passion for exceeding targets Approximately 40% travel required for the role EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred; 5 years related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant technical experience and understanding is required. Field experience in fiber construction desirable. Experience in working with Circet USA customers in local markets where Circet USA operates today also desirable.
