Works towards growing market share (winning our fair share of the market). Acts as the “program manager” internally and is the primary interface/front lines with the customer to ensure that the customers objectives are met. Aligns closely with operational peers. Identify relevant customer KPIs and works closely with operational peers to achieve. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Defines and excutes Account(s) Services Commercial strategy in coordination with the Vice President, Growth & Customer Delivery Secures strategic positioning with the customer and/or region Identifies new Outside Plant Engineering and Construction Service opportunities Leads the growth and expanstion of market share Aligns closely with the operational team goals of assigned account and/or region Meets regularly with the local Circet USA operations team Primary POC with customer. Owns all customer inquiries and orchestrates all responses, including technical Leads response on RFP and pricing request activities Monitors profitability continues throughout program life cycle, renegotiating as needed Active support on new project launches Manage the building and communication of effective recovery plans as needed Primary POC for all contractual negotiations Work to define the customers relevant KPIs internally and presents reporting thru dashboards to be reviewed as needed Thoroughly understand how the customer Defines Success and drives message internally Leading role in Digitalization between operational team, IT Team and customer Be the customers advocate, detect problems before they occur Presents forward thinking actions plans for improvement and/or innovation Detects further evolutions / needs of the customer Takes initiative in learning global best practices and implements where best suited Upholds, honors and practices the Company Core Values High energy, with a strong can do attitude Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and process multiple data streams Knowledge of construction services: OSP – aerial and underground construction, engineering Ability to communicate across ultiple service groups to both internal and external customers Approximately 40% travel required for the role EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred; four plus years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant technical experience and understanding is required. Field experience in fiber construction desirable. Experience in working with Circet USA customers in local markets where Circet USA operates today also desirable.
